What are people's thoughts on integrating the HARP work ?

Their license style is BSD (compatible) and they support cards for
which we have drivers that work.  I've tested the code on NetBSD/sparc
and had it work with a SunOS5 box (I have peer-to-peer ATM setups).

Are there any specific reasons why it shouldn't be integrated ?

I'm not interested in "do better" comments unless you've got an
alternative that can just as easily be used.

For better or worse, this code is already part of FreeBSD.
