Thats one of the occasions where the dhcp team has added new features, and
made the default "on" instead of "off".

If you didn't configure your DNS server to be updated by your dhcp server,
set 

ddns-updates off;

in your dhcpd.conf. (Btw, those messages are informational; but you'll
get irritated phone calls from the administrator of the dns server if you
don't switch that feature off. Happened to me.)
