But first how do I find/install K5 on NBSD1.5 ? any ideas on FAQs or at least

It should "just work" (I've used the 1.5 stuff in NetBSD myself).  However ...
you're going to need to get a service key from the Win2k KDC on your NetBSD
box, and I don't really know how to do that (but I believe it's possible).
