ISTR someone mentioning, back before 1.5 was released, that 802.1q tagging
support would not make it into 1.5, but might into 1.5.1.  Now that
changes are being checked into the 1.5-release branch again, what is
the likelihood that we'll see this support in the 1.5 branch?  Anyone
want to suggest a timeframe?  I've got an application for it that I'd
rather not run under -current unless I have to...
