No... 100baseTX is a 100 encoding on 2 wire-pairs, 100baseT4 is an encoding
on 4 wire-pairs if I recall right, and there's 100base-Fsomethingorother
which uses fiber optic cables.
All 100 Mbit boards I know of can do full duplex.
