This may be unfortunate, but should not change the preference of documentation
in-tree over documentation out-of-tree. The documentation are for the users
of the OS, and should be installed as a preference towards them. Having
documentation on the web is great, but is probably more of a pre-sales sort
of thing.

Perhaps enough has been said.
