By defalut in the GENERIC config file ipf support is on:
pseudo-device   ipfilter

But i am a bit confused that ipmon is not....
#options        IPFILTER_LOG

I am speaking here about the release source tree.
The last update GENERIC file i received on 4 june.
Still in there this is the case.
Now, why adding ipf in the conf and not ipmon by default?
I would say it would be more logical also to support ipmon by default.
Why isnt this the case?
