I'm definitely interested... I'm interested in actually *integrating*
it into the master sources.

But the last time I looked at it, there were:

	* license issues w/ CBQ

	* I didn't really like the configuration mechanism

...unfortunately, other things (like VM code) snapped up my time in
the interim, but I really really really want to think about ALTQ again
soon.
