You can take any normal socket program and broadcast the packet, you
can probably copy the program from Richard Stevens. It seems that there is a
bug in NetBSD1.1, now Iam snooping the packets from the network, the ethernet
destination address for the udp broadcast packet is not ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff,
but it is the ethernet address of my router.
