No, because Phase 2 isn't documented yet.  We certainly *have* a Phase 2, but
we can't talk about it until Phase 1 is complete.  BTW, you forgot to include
your ID #, and you know that people expressing an interest in the Project
who don't have ID #'s are presumed to be spies, yes?
