The changes are actually in RCS.  On that subject, I have
fairly simple changes against rcs-5.7 to allow the name of
the "Id" tag to be specified via an environment variable,
i.e.: setenv RCS_IDKW NetBSD

Anyone want the changes? (180 lines of diffs)
