$ cd tests/lib/libc/gen/posix_spawn
$ make
$ su root -c "make install"
$ make test

If you need a shortcut to the "make install" part, and you only want to
run a single test case, maybe in a loop, you can also:

$ cd tests/lib/libc/gen/posix_spawn
$ make
$ ./t_spawn -l
$ watch ./t_spawn t_spawn_zero
