I run a simple .c program that calls gettimeaofday() 1000 times
and count how many time it gets the same value. Once a machine
hits the bug, here is what I get:
5 1744585368.000721
5 1744585368.000737
140 1744585368.000750
159 1744585367.999713
691 1744585368.001068

After a reboot, ntpd syncs again, and gettimeofday() reports 
a diferent value on each call again.
