It's running out of mbuf clusters; this is the mclpl in vmstat -m

You can try increasing kern.mbuf.nmbclusters, or if that fail, rebuilding
a kernel with
options NMBCLUSTERS=xxxx
e.g.
options NMBCLUSTERS=65536
