Not al newer CPUs have that; I've got a pretty 'new' (end '16?) ASUS VivoPC
and it shows :

cpu0: "Intel(R) Celeron(R) 2957U @ 1.40GHz"
cpu0: Intel 4th gen Core, Xeon E3-12xx v3 (Haswell) (686-class), 1396.87 MHz
cpu0: family 0x6 model 0x45 stepping 0x1 (id 0x40651)

but no AES.

and my older machine:

cpu0: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz"
cpu0: Intel Core i7, Xeon 34xx, 35xx and 55xx (Nehalem) (686-class), 3741.98
MHz
cpu0: family 0x6 model 0x1a stepping 0x5 (id 0x106a5)

Also no AES though I have to admit the machine is starting to show its age
since it also has to extensions for nvvm nor hax support and and is from say
'08.

Both are not using cgd currently, so for me its all OK
