Current status of "support jails-like features"?

Hello,

I'm interested in "support jails-like features" [1] among The NetBSD projects.
I investigated several current container systems [2], but couldn't find one providing kernel-level virtualization.
I would like to know the current state of this project. Are there any NetBSD developers working on this project?
