Errr...apparently my draft containment procedures are a little leaky
today.

On reflection, the revbump does seem justified so that nobody will be
tempted to load new modules in an old kernel from /stand/.../modules
when that plainly won't work -- without a revbump, building and
installing new modules would yield a nonfunctional system.  So go
ahead!
