pad(4) in amd64 GENERIC

Hi!

I have removed pad from amd64 GENERIC, because I have added it as
a module instead, but I have recieved complaints about this.

I dont think it needs to "pollute" generic as most users wont need
it and it appears as an audio device, which can be confusing.

I will happily add it back, but first I wanted to ask: what others think?
