Small correction, matt@ suggested to use the following way:

        u{fetch,ustore}_{u,}{8,16,32,64,int,long,ptr}

Which is basically in sync with ucas_32/64/ptr and atomic_ops(3) APIs.
We do not need to implement them all, however - in many years there were
not many uses of these routines.
