There's the traditional, wrong way: copy & paste a bunch of code
from the PCI attachment to create a CardBus attachment.  There are
lots of examples of this in the tree, for example, atw(4) and
rtw(4), which derive from tlp(4).

Then there's the right way: roll CardBus into PCI. :-)
