Wonderful! :-)

so a couple survey questions for you tablet users:
. what tablet are you using? (make/model)

An A4-sized Wacom Graphire 4, or...

uhidev1: WACOM CTE-640-U V4.0-3, rev 1.01/4.03, addr 3, iclass 3/1
ali@tuttis$ dmesg | grep -iE 'wacom|uhidev1'
uhidev1 at uhub0 port 9 configuration 1 interface 0
uhidev1: WACOM CTE-640-U V4.0-3, rev 1.01/4.03, addr 3, iclass 3/1
uhidev1: 3 report ids
ums1 at uhidev1 reportid 1: 3 buttons and Z dir.
uhid0 at uhidev1 reportid 2: input=7, output=0, feature=1
uhid1 at uhidev1 reportid 3: input=0, output=0, feature=1

.. as NetBSD likes to call it.

. how/where are you using your tablet? X?

NetBSD-4.0.0_PATCH/amd64 and modular Xorg 7.2.0

.oO( Interesting versioning scheme, my much newer pkgsrc-2008Q2 modular
     Xorg on $OTHER_BOX says "1.3.0"... )

. if in X, which driver is your tablet using?

I have to use modular xorg in order for my GeForce 8600 GTS to work; however, modular Xorg unfortunately doesn't have the usbtablet(4) driver that base XFree86 has, so a.t.m. I can only use it as an absolute-positioning mouse -- it shows up as wsmouse1 at ums1 mux 0.

Best regards,
ali:)
