sys/rb.h vs libprop's rb trees

Hi,

These two rbtree implementations somehow coexist nowadays which is
especially troublesome given that they (can) cause namespace conflicts.
Are there any particular reasons against having a single implementation
in something like common/librb like Matt proposed earlier?
