AFAIK, there is no way to boot NetBSD/mac68k from CD-ROM directly.

On the other hand, to boot NetBSD/mac68k kernel from any
devices you have to execute the "Booter" tool on MacOS and
to put a binary file onto CD-ROM as a executable (or other type)
on MacOS, I guess we have to use the apple iso9660 extensions.
(src/distrib/mac68k/stand/extensions.map describes it?)
