I think that's _very_ wrong.

It's also contrary to what "envstat" used to do.

Sensors with invalid values must still be shown, but with some
indication that their value is invalid, e.g. the asterisk that was used
previously.

=46rom a monitoring application's point of view, or from a human's point
of view, an invalid value is just a value that is out of range and it is
often very critical to know about all values that are out of range!
