 	Wouldn't it be nice if windows always cleared the DSE bit on
 	the rtc, that way NetBSD could set it and use its absence as
 	a hint that windows had run in between NetBSD boots.

 	Of course its only a very vague hint and just makes the hands
 	wave faster...
