Does it build w/out populated destdir? Last time I tried that for
sparc (before recent round of changes from potr) it didn't.
During a kernel build libprop contents is stuffed into libkern, which
feels icky (I always perceived libkern as ~= kernel libc+libgcc).
I think src/sys build of libprop should be cleaned up and should not
depend on destdir.
