Subject: add isapnp card Aztech AZT1020 (AZF3318)

i got 2x Soundcards from Aztech without any information. But because 
they are isapnp cards, they say hello on boot.
The adress look like a normal soundblaster cards so i add the values for 
this card to the isapnpdevs and voila the
card start playing sound and midi. I don't tested the Gameport becaus i 
have no joystick, but it looks ok.
I have to add that the output of the sound is a bit noisy, but maybe 
this represent only the quality of this card. Afaik this is only a very
low-end audio-card manufactured around 1998 (if i adress the 
manufacturing values on the chips correctly)

would be nice if someone can commit this diff below
