My amd64 bulk-build box suffers from processes getting stuck in saupcpl
(and cannot be killed) after I upgraded to 3.0_BETA from October 26.
I can easily reproduce the problem by just doing a bulk build -- it
usually hangs in this state within a couple of hours.

What info do I need to provide in a PR for it to be as useful as
possible?  (The theory was to do a gcore and force a crash dump of
the kernel.  I did however find out that savecore does not work
on amd64...)
