	run your kernel config through applyconf against GENERIC to get all the
lines included, then this:

cat CONFIG | sed -E -e's/^#([^[:space:]]*[[:space:]]*at[[:space:]].*)/no \1=
/'
etc.. for "options" lines and others.  Much less tedious. :)
