I sumbitted the implementation of this idea as a Summer of Code project, bu=

was rejected -- probably I was the 411th :)
The question is whether the project is actually of interest to the communit=
y,
since I would like to start some work on it (although not in such a
hurry as I would
have if I would be chosen :) -- and if it is, are there any previous
work on this
subject I could check out?
To this moment the only BSDL codebase I have implementing parts of
this is FreeBSD's
scheduling and articles on SunOS 5 RT mentioned in Kirk's book, and I wonde=
r if
anyone already worked on it in NetBSD..
