PR kern/29750 bug claims a SUSv3 compliance issue. Technically
competent readers cannot find such an issue. Please either demonstrate
an SUSv3 compliance issue; or concede that there is no SUSv3
compliance bug to fix. In the latter case, the PR should be closed.
