According to the commit msg in ukbdmap.c:

revision 1.10
date: 2002/03/17 18:01:07; author: augustss; state: Exp; lines: +49 -2
branches:  1.10.4;
Add Swiss keyboard mappings. From OpenBSD.

"sg" and "sf" are indeed swiss german and swiss french, respectively.
(The keyboard mappings supported by pckbd are documented in
pckbd(4). This table might go to wskbd(4), with pckbd(4), ukbd(4) etc
containing just references to it.)

best regards
