Well, I've seen several changes in ehci.c lately, it seems to work a 
trifle better, but it still hangs at some point.

There is a XACTERR with or without a PING, a reset is done, it seems to 
work again, but then a few cycles later it halts with a BABBLE + HALT.

Yet, I am not sure, but it seems to BABBLE just after having completed 
the retry of the cycle which caused XACTERR.
