Any chance of adding the framework for 32-bit samples? There are
quite a few low-cost sound cards that now support >16bit samples.
Some on-disk formats allow storage of >16bit samples. It seems like a
shame not to allow producer and consumer to communicate.

PS. Even 24-bit sound cards aren't that expensive any more. $100 buys
    you an 8-channel 24bit/channel "M-Audio Revolution 7.1".
