   ktrace/kdump of 32-bit emulations.  ISTR using that feature
   quite a bit to get netbsd32 and svr4_32 working.

oh.   yeah, the problem was that argsize is "wrong" so it ends up
only displaying n/2 arguments.  also there was no support for
decoding special names in netbsd32...

it was mostly working before.  i had used it myself - but it wasn't
100% there....but it seems to be now.
