The committed code defaults to allowing userland code to obtain and
use sessions to software (non-hardware-accelerated crypto) for just
this reason.  Well, that and leaving an open-door for testing
accelerated crypto with newer OpenSSL versions.

(I haven't commited hardware-ccelerator driver syet. I have a couple
more tweaks to iron out in the ubsec code, and I'm still investigating
Hifn 7xxx-based boards.)
