For reasons beyond my control I didn't commit the crypto-framework (a
port of Sam Leffler's rework and in-detail retune of Angelos
Keromytis' OpenbSD crypto framework), which I asked for reviews back
around May and said I would commit some weeks back. I will have time
to commit the code this coming weekend.  So, unless someone yells
really loudly, the code in

(plus RCSids and updated copyrights from Sam Leffler's code) should show
up by Monday.
