That was not a quote from memory; it was reconstructed by me when I
wrote that.  The quotes were marking it as not something I wanted to
represent myself as saying in authorial voice but rather as something I
wanted to present as the advertised-by-SGI reason for not providing an
XFS fsck-alike.
