FWIW, AFAIK PCI stuff worked fine on sparc64 before ofppb/ofpci
was introduced. AFAIK ofppb/ofpci only provides convenient way
to match OF tree nodes and PCI devices, nothing more.

TRT is add necessary hooks to generic PCI mode, not inventing
new pseudobus.
