Hmm. I have a command that the HBA completed, but with a DMA error
(e.g.). There's no other error to complete the command with other than
XS_DRIVER_STUFFUP (problem #1, I suppose). But even more so, scsipi_complete
doesn't have a case to handle it, and calls it an invalid adapter return code-
seems like an omission to me (problem #2).

What am I missing? (I'll check the archives for any discussion).
