The handling they require is quite ridiculous, and we have
much better queue handling macros in <sys/queue.h>. It doesn't
make sense to support two queue interfaces, especially when one
is clearly inferior.

FYI, _remque()/_insque() are currently used in coda, netns, netiso, netccitt
only.
