FYI there's a copy of that paper in both its original troff source form,
as well as a PostScript rendition, in any original distribution of
4.4BSD, including 4.4BSD-Lite and 4.4BSD-Lite2.

I really don't understand why it isn't included in the NetBSD tree
too...  Of course it's a bit out of date, but it would probably be
easier for any random NetBSD user to contribute updates if it were part
of the NetBSD distribution and a specific note was included 

In fact there are a number of papers and other parts of the standard BSD
manuals that have not been included in NetBSD....

I wonder if permission was granted to circulate that paper -- the notice
within it says it's not to be re-curiculated....  I wish I'd known about
it though before I figured out most of that stuff the hard way....  :-)
