Okay, next question, what does this default to? (Please, oh please,
don't say 0.)

I guess I could just read the source, but, um, doesn't this kind of
information *belong* in the section 2 man page? Default belongs in
section 8 in addition to the priority description...

(Yes, I'll do a send-pr with the man page patches.)
