A yes. But for now MAXPHYS == MAXBSIZE.
Not sure what would be the best. Keep MAXBSIZE as constant (enventually
bump it a bit) and use min(MAXBSIZE,dev->maxphys), or drop MAXBSIZE
and use only the underlying device's limit ?
