I was hacking on a userland NFS server for BeOS, and I wished it had
functions like fhopen() and getfh(). Because they were lacking, every
time the server was restarted, all clients's file handles became stale.
Very annoying. Please don't remove these handle-functions. They are
very useful for helping userland file system servers to be stateless.
