I agree, every other time I have tried to suggest this it has fallen
on deaf ears.  I would suggest that an array of ints, the same number
as there are entries in locname - the driver fills in the ints with
the correct locator values (sets the unused ones to -1???).  It would
make things soooo much easier.

Mmmm not sure - I have not dealt with OBP at this level.  Do you get
any addressing info back at all?
