Who is "we"? I seem to remember quite a few different preferences even
among people who have worked years on NetBSD source.

And which we have already (exceeding 80 chars/line which I personally find
very annoying).

It has already been pointed out that sometimes you cannot simplify code
enough to make it look nice tabbed 8.

And then, we have come from "creat()" to "bus_dmamap_load_uio()" and from
"int8_t" to "bus_dma_segment_t" which has not made the task easier.
