Did anyone bite the bullet about finally implementing detachment
of network cards after my last mail about it?

If not, I think I'll just use the OpenBSD code for my own machine, because
the situation is getting ridiculous now.  I can't suspend my laptop anymore.
When I suspend it the USB devices loose power and so they detach.
And I'm using USB-Ethernet adapters for my laptop...
