While starting on adding support for the AIC7895, I noticed this. Can
anybody give me a reason why sys/dev/pci/ahc_pci.c and
sys/dev/ic/aic7xxx.c still have __FreeBSD__ and __NetBSD__ sections?

The comparable files in FreeBSD are now quite different (CAMification,
more device support), and it sorta seems a bit silly... If nobody has any
objections, I'll strip the cruft out.
