As far as I can see that talks about PXE booting; I didn't see anything
about diskless installation, about how to get from "I have
i386/{INSTALL.*,binary/,installation/}" to "I have a bootable diskless
system".

I can of course unpack sets, but my experience with older versions
leads me to expect that there are various other things that need to be
done after unpacking the sets to produce a bootable system.

Mercifully, I do not have to deal with UEFI on these machines.
